Christopher Nichols studied art privately and at The University of Texas-Pan American. He won first prize in watercolor at the age of 15 in an exhibit of adult and professional artist. He has been included in 24 exhibits and has mounted 2 one-man shows. Nichols has participated in 13 juried shows and out of 20 awards ….. 15 were First Prizes. He is a member of the Texas Watercolor Society.
Nichols has been the sole owner and framer in his own shop for five years. He closed his shop four years ago and moved to the Dallas metroplex. Nichols has recently returned to the Valley and to painting.
